Operational
NAPA Fleet IntelligenceThe core API behind the NAPA Fleet Intelligence web and desktop app. It handles sign-in and serves the fleet monitoring views, maps, performance data and reports. Uptime reflects how reliably the application itself has been reachable and responsive.

Operational
NAPA Voyage OptimizationThe calculation engine that plans and evaluates voyages - shortest and fuel-efficient routes, weather routing, fuel and emission estimates - using each vessel's performance model. It serves both the standalone Voyage Optimization API and the route/performance calculations inside Fleet Intelligence. Uptime reflects the availability of these calculations; a dip means optimizing or recalculating a voyage may fail or be delayed.

Operational
Weather forecastsKeeps weather data current - wind, waves, currents, air pressure and ice - by regularly pulling the latest global forecasts and making them available to the map and to voyage calculations. Uptime reflects whether recent forecast data has been received and all forecast sources are reachable. Short gaps between provider update cycles are normal and don't affect status; a dip means fresh data is significantly overdue or a source can't be reached.

Operational
AIS dataTracks where vessels are. It continuously collects AIS position reports (polled as often as every few minutes) and turns the raw track into the voyages used in NAPA Fleet Intelligence. Uptime reflects whether positions are being received and voyages built without significant backlog. Minor processing delays are expected and don't change the status.
